My family was facing issues finding a place to stay due to the peak Loy Krathong and Yi Peng celebrations coupled with a wrong booking made before the trip. However, Semut from Pangviman has helped us immensely. He went beyond his duties to help us look for accommodation notwithstanding the challenges of it. He exhausted all his avenues and contacts to help us book a night stay before we left the town the next morning. He went the extra mile to ensure that we arrived at the new accommodation safely by constantly communicating with the driver and receptionist in Thai. We are indebted to his kindness and dedication. Thanks Semut and Pangviman.
